If before the garment is worn or washed you are not satisfied for any reason
with your purchase
. . . an Exchange, Credit or Refund is cheerfully offered! Non-Members, please
present your sales receipt. Without a receipt, a credit at the last ticketed
price will be offered.

We stand behind the clothes that we sell. If the product you buy has a manufacturing
defect, we will make it right. If it is repairable to "as-new" condition,
we will repair it. If not, we will replace it or refund you the amount paid.
As we can only accept defective goods that were purchased in our store, please
present your sales receipt.

If you purchase a product and the price changes within the next seven days,
bring your receipt and we will give a one time price adjustment.

If you become a member, we will not share your information with anyone. We
will send out an average of one mailing per month by your choice of e-mail
or Canada Post. You may also choose not to receive mailings.
